Laser cleaning machine is a type of laser ablation machine to irradiate and heat the surface material of object with a CW (Continuous wave) laser or pulsed laser and make it evaporate or sublime to achieve the purpose of removing the surface materials. There're two most common types of laser cleaning machines: one is CW fiber laser cleaning machine, another one is pulsed laser cleaning machine.
1. CW fiber laser adopt handheld cleaning head with continuous laser source, the advantage of CW laser cleaning machine is of high cost performance, if you have low requirements for laser cleaning and only remove rust or thin paint of stainless steel, mild steel, iron and other metals, you can choose the CW laser cleaning machine. 2. Pulsed laser cleaning machine with pulse laser source and galvo cleaning head, if you have high-value products to be cleaned without harm the base materials, you must use this Pulsed laser cleaning machine, because CW laser cleaning machine will damage the base materials. If you wanna cleaning oil fouling, blot, and dirt on molds, you can choose this damage-free pulsed laser cleaning machine, it support 50w, 100w, 200w.
Hand-held laser cleaning machine, mainly uses laser to burn off metal surfaces, such as rust, paint, etc., and uses metal reflective properties at the same time. Make sure the part itself is not damaged.
As long as you take this laser cleaner and sweep over the rusted part, the rust will disappear completely. The principle of this laser cleaning machine is that when the rust is subjected to high temperature, it will evaporate instantly, and after the plasma is separated, due to the high reflectivity of the underlying metal to light, the rust removal part will not be damaged even when exposed to the laser. Therefore, This laser cleaning method is effective and safe, and even perfectly cleans the corners of parts such as letters and bolts.
