PHM series CNC pipe intersecting line cutting machine is a kind of equipment for automatic calculation and cutting of pipe end joint.
The machine can be widely used in shipbuilding, construction, petrochemical, machinery, metallurgy and other industries of pipe structure cutting processing.In these industries, there are a large number of pipelines combined with intersecting line holes, intersecting line ends, as well as elbow commonly known as "shrimp section". Such processing mostly adopts backward and complicated methods such as making samples, marking, manual lofting, manual cutting and manual grinding.
PHM series CNC pipe cutting function manufactured by our factory is very convenient to cut this kind of workpiece, and the operator does not have to program, only need to input the radius of the pipe with each other, intersection Angle and other parameters, the machine can automatically cut the pipe intersecting line, intersecting hole, and welding groove, no longer need manual grinding.
