Product Description

I. HGY series pipelayer adopts a special pipelayer chassis, mainly used for lifting in pipeline construction process,such as pipeline laying, group pairing,undergroud ditch and other processes.

II. HGY series weiding pipelayer is a special equipment for pipe construction with functions of laying and welding developed by our company according to the construction process requirements of long distance pipeline, summarizing the experience at home and abroad. HGY welding pipelayer adopts the special chassis for the whole hydraulic pipe hanger developed by itself, which is controlled by the single handle of electrical/hydraulic instruction, imported famous hydraulic components, wide and narrow combination crawler, which has the advantages of small volume, reasonable structure, convenient transportation, small grounding specific pressure, strong adaptability, stable and simple operation, and good micro-dynamic performance. It can not only meet the requirements of most processes in the construction of long distance pipeline with but also can form a unit alone in the pipeline.

3, The use of imported brand hydraulic components, reliable quality, excellent performance.
4, The generator adopts the products of wuxi Stanford, a famous joint venture factory in China with reliable quality. Optional electronic governor of diesel engine, power quality specified by GB/T2819 I class power station and GB/T2820 grade G3 technical requirements, can meet the requirements of various pipe welder on power supply.
